The FIFA World Cup 2026 is here, and it’s bigger than ever! With 48 teams, 104 matches, and games running from 11 June to 19 July 2026 across the USA, Canada, and Mexico, there’s a whole month of football to enjoy. The catch for Singapore fans? Most kick-offs fall between midnight and 10 am SGT, which means late nights and very early mornings. But that’s half the fun.
Whether you’re after a buzzing sports bar, a free community screening, or a family-friendly outdoor setup, Singapore has plenty of options, and BusyKidd knows about all of them. Here’s your complete guide!
Free Screenings: Community, Sports Centres and Public Venues
A quick note on timing
Because the tournament is hosted across North America, most group-stage matches kick off between 3 am and 9 am in Singapore. Plan ahead, especially for weeknight games — and maybe warn the kids’ school ahead of time.

Singapore’s most iconic hawker centre is one of the best spots to catch the World Cup for free. Two massive 130-inch screens broadcast every single match, food stalls run around the clock, and alcohol service is extended until 3 am throughout the tournament. It’s the kind of place where strangers become friends over nasi lemak at 4 am while Argentina scores in extra time.

Sports bars & restaurants
Bar Soccer at Kallang Wave Mall
If you want big screens, air-conditioning, cold beer, and a crowd that genuinely loves football — Bar Soccer is the first place to think of. It’s located right by the National Stadium, which gives it an atmosphere most other venues can’t match. Walk-ins are welcome for midnight to 3 am kick-offs; for 5 am onwards, call ahead as they require a minimum of 20 guests. Minimum spend of $30 per person, which includes a drink and snack.
- Address: 1 Stadium Place, #01-13, Kallang Wave Mall, Singapore 397628
Boomarang Bistro & Bar, Robertson Quay
The most comprehensive option on this list: Boomarang is screening all 104 matches and opens as early as 6 am — making it the only venue suited to literally every kick-off window. The Robertson Quay location is a casual Australian bistro with indoor and outdoor riverside seating, burgers, pizzas, beer on tap, and a crowd that shows up in numbers. If you plan to follow the whole tournament, this is your base.
- Address: 60 Robertson Quay, The Quayside #01-15, Singapore 238252
Harry’s Bar, Boat Quay
A Singapore sports-screening institution, Harry’s Boat Quay is running World Cup screenings throughout the season with a special June promotion where guests can win exclusive World Cup merchandise. Minimum spend applies: $15 for early-morning sessions (6–11.30 am) and $30 for late-night ones (11.30 pm–6 am). Check their website for the match schedule, as not every game is screened.
- Address: 28 Boat Quay, Singapore 049818
ARFC at PUB Recreation Club, Woodleigh
Not the most glamorous address, but ARFC delivers where it counts: a huge LED screen, a robust sound system, leather sofas, and a wide drinks menu covering beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails. It’s opening early for morning kick-offs and offers corporate breakfast packages for team events. Free parking is a bonus.
- Address: PUB Recreation Club, Woodleigh
Chimichanga, VivoCity
For something with a bit more personality, Chimichanga brings a Mexican-inspired setting to the waterfront for the entire tournament (12 June – 20 July). A Single Match Day Pass costs $10 and includes unlimited viewing plus a complimentary drink. For serious fans, the All-Access Pass at $500 covers every match with a drink and bar bite per game. Entry is free for fixtures starting after 11 pm.
- Address: 1 HarbourFront Walk, VivoCity #01-157/158, Singapore 098585
Wildseed Bar at The Summerhouse, Seletar
For something completely different — garden vibes, greenery, and craft cocktails — Wildseed is the only screening venue in Seletar, well away from the CBD buzz. It’s screening 23 confirmed matches including Argentina vs Algeria, Colombia vs Portugal, and others through late June. Evening-only from 5 pm, so it works well for the more civilised morning-to-afternoon kick-offs.
