Hendrick’s Sunset Cinema is undoubtedly Asia’s most romantic open-air cinema. It is nestled on Tanjong Beach, which is deservedly considered the best beach in Singapore. This place is perfect because it offers an excellent opportunity to escape from the bustle of the city, take a deep breath of fresh air, and relax.

A parade of the world’s best films of recent years takes place in Hendrick’s Sunset Cinema from 8 to 25 May 2025 only. A ticket costs $44.80 (GST (9%) is not included). In addition to the most romantic film show in your life, each ticket includes a Hendrick’s Gin cocktail or two alcohol-free drinks and the use of wireless headphones. A private shuttle bus from the event to Harbourfront MRT is also included. Please note that tickets are on sale now, and they sell out quickly.

Screenings begin at 7:45 PM, but we strongly recommend that you arrive earlier. Starting at 5:30 PM, the atmosphere on the beach fills with summer holiday vibes, sincere smiles, refreshing cocktails, music, dance, and a breathtaking sunset glow, of course. The Sunset Kitchen by Tanjong Beach Club and several event bars serve a delicious dinner menu and refreshing cocktails, and a resident DJ is responsible for the stylish music and captivating groove and rhythm.

And when the screen lights up, the whole world around seems to freeze. It’s time to take a cosy seat, put on state-of-the-art wireless headphones, and enjoy one of the award-winning films while the sun goes down in the background. The Sunset Kitchen by Tanjong Beach Club offers freshly prepared meals for you and your family to get a bite to eat before watching the film. Hendrick’s Sunset Cinema menu includes Chicken Waffle Sando, Chilled Soba Noodles, Gourmet Hotdog, and more. Of course, there is no way to do it without Popcorn and Ice Cream Cups.
