The Story of the Museum of Ice Cream

The Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) started as a pop-up exhibit in 2016 in New York’s Meatpacking District. Its first permanent location opened in San Francisco in 2017. The MOIC’s flagship location opened its doors in Soho, Manhattan, in 2018. Today, it is a world-known art installation and experiential museum that operates in New York City, Chicago, Austin, Miami, and, yes, in Singapore. Besides, there is a new location in Boston that is due to open soon.
